In-House Recruitment
Developing an internal Recruitment team makes a lot of sense for those with an ongoing recruitment workload.

How you do it though is very important, as if not strategically aligned, the investment can potentially become a false economy.

We can talk this through with you and explain the ways that we have helped to develop internal recruitment functions.

It may be that you just to add someone to your existing team, are looking for your first permanent recruitment hire or need someone to manage some recruitment project work.

Whatever the situation, we can talk through the various options with you and help you develop your internal recruitment capacity.

Permanent Recruitment

If you are looking to make a permanent hire, then we can work with you to ascertain exactly what you are looking to achieve from this hire.

Recruitment is a broad church and so it’s important to understand on what skills to highlight for your search.  It could be that your focus is on direct search activity and so an experienced agency recruiter may offer some strong skills in this area.

If, however, you are looking for someone to manage strategic talent initiatives, then this may suit someone with more internal talent/HR experience as opposed to a pure delivery candidate.

Once this understanding is clear, we can help to identify those that fit in with your requirements.

Project Support

There are often times when you have a peak in recruitment activity, however this is not likely to extend long enough to justify a permanent recruitment hire.

You just need an extra pair of hands to help you manage your recruitment effectively and protect your employer brand.

As with a permanent hire, it’s important to understand exactly what you are looking to achieve.

Do you want someone to coordinate the process and manage agency relationships or do you want someone to lead on direct search activity?

You can’t hire an early career candidate and then expect them to be able to solve all of your recruitment woes.  It’s unrealistic to expect them to be able to do this and frankly unfair on them to ask.

The good news is that we have a number of solutions to help you manage a spike in recruitment activity.

We can find you an interim candidate to join you on a fixed-term contract or you can engage one of our team to help you.  The advantage here is that you can contract us when you need us and stand us down when you don’t.  We are very flexible with approach and so can work something out to suit your needs/budget etc.

It may be that you need full-time support at the start of the project and then reduce to part-time or indeed vice versa.  There are a lot of options and so best to book a call if you want to explore further.
