Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join a high-performing knowledge business based in Frankfurt.
This a great opportunity for someone to either step up into their first HR BP role or consolidate their existing experience within a world-class HR function.
You will strengthen their capacity and capability to meet their challenging business goals, which have a key priority to recruit, develop and retain exceptional people.

About you – You need to understand what it means to be a true business partner and most importantly enjoy operating in this capacity. This may be your first business partner role, but it’s important that you are keen to develop in a highly commercial HR role.
Native Level German (C1) and business English required.
