We are excited to be supporting a global technology business with its search for a new Head of People & Culture.

The role is working out of their HQ in Austria (Hybrid/Flex) supporting their further operations across Europe and the US.

They are growing responsibly and it’s a really great place to be.

Not in a beanbag and smoothie kind of way

What will you do?

You will understand what’s made them successful so far, and be able to harness this energy, whilst remaining pragmatic about how things need to be structured in order to support further growth.

Currently, they sit just over 100 in headcount so it’s a real opportunity to help them navigate through the next stages of their organisational development.

It’s exciting times, very positive but also hard work.

You’ll report to the CEO as part of the leadership team, with full responsibility for the P&C function and will ensure that the people strategy aligns with commercial objectives.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you’ve cut your teeth in a knowledge-based sector and know your way around an ambitious mid-sized business on the rise.

We have some flexibility on this, but what will set you apart is your ability to seamlessly blend strategy with hands-on action in a dynamic business landscape.

On a practical basis, you will need a solid knowledge of employment law in Austria with a global understanding a distinct advantage.  They operate a very grown-up approach to working style, but you will need to be based in Austria and able to get to either IBK or Vienna regularly.
